Re-born 重生

想了很久，不知道這一個新專輯的名字應該叫甚麼。專輯內的歌所有都跟自己有關，有些是自己讀過而被受感動的書，有些則是自己的經歷，有些是被受感動過或愛過或還正在愛的人。早期這專輯是叫Embrace，代表擁抱。在這專輯的意思就是將自己的一切，包括自己的好，自己的壞，自己的過去，過失，成功，通通都將它們擁抱起來。我想，愛自己，就要愛自己的一切一切，所有關於自己的，都要好好接受，接納。
之後，專輯的名字改了，變為Re-born，重生的意思。重生，是對自己不滿的過去擦掉而將一切都變新嗎？可能對一些人來說是。於我，重生是自己態度改變了，對事物或對自己的看法不同了。我想，重生應該不是一刻的，重生是一個ongoing的過程，重生是一個提醒，是一個動力，一種磨練。

於我，Re-born的第一堂，是要學習放低。你呢？

One more song

My coming album "Re-born" is almost almost finished. 14 songs altogether, and one more song left to do the vocal recording. This song is in Mandarin, so I need some "coaching" on the correct pronounciation of the words. Afterthat, the album will finally be FINISHED!
